According to the Union Leader, after two hours of debate and ten votes, the New Hampshire House voted on Wednesday to not restore marriage leaving the Granite State’s same-sex “marriage” law on the books. After voting down several amendments and a motion to table the bill, the House voted 211-116 vote to kill House Bill 437. “We are indeed on a slippery slope and we are indeed at the edge of the cliff,” said Rep. Warren Groen, warning that leaving the law on the books will eventually lead to further redefinition.
